What is the payment policy?
Online booking – Full payment has to be made upfront to confirm the event.
Offline booking – 50% of the payment has to be made upfront to confirm the event and balance 50% on the day of event (BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS)
How advanced should the booking be done to avail your services?
We accept bookings 90 days prior to an event and minimum duration would be 5 days prior of an event, subject to availability of slots.
My event is in less than a week - can you help me?
We will certainly try our best! Last – minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and limited to only the services which are available.
How long do your balloons last?
We use only the highest quality balloons and materials for decorations, however, some balloons may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Balloons pop up or fade faster when it is placed under direct sunlight or when the event is happening outdoors.
We have all the materials required for the decorations, can you send someone to do only the decorations?
Sorry, we do not have such options and services.
Can you do the decoration for an outdoor event?
Yes! We do love to do outdoor decors and events. However no one can control the inclement weather, especially the rain, wind, heat, and humidity.
We make every attempt to have the decoration looking its best at the time it is assembled. Once the decoration is completed we are not responsible for wind or weather causing damage to the decoration setup, or cancellation of an event. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by crowds or event staff moving or attempting to move or handle decoration setup.
Although we really enjoy doing outdoor jobs for our clients, we recommend indoor events.
The prices you offer seems to be on the higher side
Not at all, when quality and reliability are the priority. We have other clients who felt the same way as you but after they try our services, the time they save and their happiness on the job we do, have them ordering our services again and again.
Do you provide goody bags?

Sorry, we do not provide cake and catering services.
How long does it take to complete a decoration?
The time it takes to complete a decoration is based on the scale of the design. Average time to complete a basic decoration is 3 – 4 hours and 5 – 6 hours for largescale decorations.
What are the minimum charges for balloon decorations?
Minimum charges for balloon decoration services are Rs3000 onwards.
Do i need to pay any transportation charges for availing your services?
We provide free up and down transportation for all of our services to a distance of 40kms from our Electronics city office (Pincode 560100) to your event location. Note: Free transportation is not applicable for party props rental services.
Can you visit the venue and give us some suggestions and ideas?
If you believe a site visit is essential, we can certainly make arrangements. However, in certain cases, a phone call may be sufficient, eliminating the need for an on-site visit.
Please be aware that there is an upfront fee of 1,000₹ for on-site visits, regardless of the meeting’s outcome.
What if I want to customize the decoration?
If you want to change your theme, color or other details on your decoration contact us as soon as you know. We can accept changes of theme and color 20 days prior to the event date. Changes of color or themes are subject to availability
