• A customer in need of props rental services should have valid – ID proof (Aadhar or Passport) and Address proof (House or Office) Office id in case of working professional
• Please note that Chintu Party And Events reserves the right to confirm or Decline the order of the newly applied customer at it’s sole discretion on a case to case basis
• The customer has to make a security deposit for renting the props
• Security deposit is fully refundable without any interest subjected to any damage is found in any product, Chintu Party And Events shall have the right to deduct the charges for the damages or late return fee charges from the security deposit paid by the customer and shall refund the remaining amount to the customer
• In addition to the security deposit customer has to give one day rental charges in advance
• The customer shall be present at our location at the time of pick up and return of the props
• In case the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the customer should appoint a representative for taking the delivery of the products and the same shall be communicated to Chintu Party And Events prior to pick up and return
• The customer has to arrange the transportation for pick up and return of props
